The Individual Plan includes 4 telehealth visits per year, medication refills, and completion of medical documentation. Additional sick visits are $49 via telehealth and $99 in person.
The Family Plan provides the same individual coverage, but includes up to 4 individuals (individuals do not need to live in the same household).
The Senior Couple Plan includes the same coverage for 2 individuals plus any other single adult living in the same household.
